Forest for the Trees: The Power of Perspective in the Practice of Leadership

Forest for the Trees: The Power of Perspective in the Practice of Leadership In-Person

How do you know when to set your sights on the far horizon, when to get nosy about the details, and how to connect the long-term and short-term work of your organization?

It's not easy. Organizational leadership requires both perspectives (and all the ones in-between)

What better way to explore this and sharpen your sight than in the beauty of nature, our original teacher?

Join Jennifer Wills and Amanda Stanley at Claytor Nature Center for an experiential workshop: Forest for the Trees - The Power of Perspective in the Practice of Leadership.

This one-day event will be held Friday, June 21, 2024, from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., at the University of Lynchburg's Claytor Nature Center, in Bedford, Virginia. Lunch will be provided.
